The globe 999 rubber is a very good rubber for his price.
it is very cheap when you compare it to butterfly our other big producers of tabletennisrubbers and its not a hevay rubber.
the rubber offers an outstanding control. the spin is good to decent also because it has a quite tacky surface,You can even chop quite nice with the 999 and on smashes it gives very good speed It is not a real fast rubber but not slow either.on a hard frame it can do the job i think.Good choise for an allrounder our for someones Backhand in my opinion
