I have used these shoes for the last 2 years or so. They are really light, and really wide and comfy. They don't have any cushioning or support, but I really don't feel that's necessary, as the floor at my club is quite soft. The grip is not the best either, but I run around a lot, so I really like them. I love the way I'm able to slide a bit with them. The looks aren't really that important to me, but they look ok to. The quality and durability of the Joola shoes has been an issue as long as I have used them (about 5-6 years). They all tend to break pretty easily right where the sole meets the textile. If you're looking for a light, comfy and pretty cheap shoe, this is seriously something to consider. But if you're playing on a hard floor, or you're looking for something with good support and cushioning, this is probably not the shoe you're looking for.
