The Stiga Energy WRB blade is an excellent blade to start off with in beginners or to improve with intermediate players. It is pretty fast, but what is good about it is that it still has very good control. thus, it really helps unexperienced players to get a feel for the shots and solidify their stroke.

The blade itself is average hardness. It is considerably light, which also makes it a good beginners blade. A notable characteristic is that the sweet spot on the blade is pretty large, so you do not need to contact the ball that accurately to be good. In my opinion, if your rating is above 1000, this blade is probably too soft, light, and unoffensive for you.
