i feel stiga ers gel shoes are jsut too bulky for table tennis. it is feels too heavy and burdensome on you foot.

one thing i like is teh gel at the bottom and the very nice cushioning and padding. it feels very good in it is very soft and cushioned, but id does not feel good because it feels heavy and too thick. it is not very good for air to go through to your fee.t the grip is also not good. not like the mizuno shoes where you can feel the ground with your feet, the sole on this shoe is very thick, so the grip is not as good. these shoes will work for table tennis, but are not the best

Royal ERS Gel shoes are a great shoes for the table tennis player. The support is pretty good. It is very flexible, and has a great gel sole, so it is very comfortable and ergonomically good on the lower leg. It does not look very fashionable, in fact, it looks quite ugly, so thats a downside. It has OK grip to the floor, not as good as one would expect. It is a rather bulky shoe. For the most part, it is worth the price you pay!
