Stiga Tween (you get 2 sheets when you buy ! ) is a not a good rubber, but it could be very benefitial for beginning players. Basically, the speed is quite poor, spin is okay, control is decent. It almost seems like a chopping rubber, except the throw angle is a little off to do that.

Anyways, its good for players that have no clue on what a stroke is, so they can find their unique stroke. It helps you convert from a basement player to a tournament player.

this rubber is definitely not offensive, but rather maybe all-. Players above a 800 rating should not use this. But if you are on a short budget, this could be a good chocie.
