Basically, tear mender is a glue that is not commercially used for table tennis that is identical to most water glues from table tennis companies. You can find some at hobby lobby, home depot, etc. It is basically the same stuff as the Andro free glue, joola x-power glue, butterfly free chack, etc. except like a fraction of the price. It works just as well as any other table tennis glue out there for gluing. It does not enhance anything, since it is VOC free, so it is not speed glue. But it will do a satisfactory job for just gluing on rubber, great for use with tensors. You can rub the dried gleu right off with some water.
