Bryce High Tune (Butterfly)

Bryce High Tune (Butterfly)

BRYCE is the most successful product of the High Tension rubber generation and now is available in conjunction with HIGH TUNE sponge technology. The result is that there is no need for fresh gluing because High Tune technology combines the dynamism and spin necessary for success when contact is made with the table tennis ball. BRYCE High Tune enables the player to execute high speed and effective topspin strokes.

A little slower than Bryce Speed, this rubber does not live up to my expectations of a glue effect rubber. Thus, I'm rating it lower for glue effect (feel) than Bryce Speed, since the latter doesn't claim to have a glue effect.

Initially, it's quite similar to Bryce Speed, just a little slower. After some time, however, the High Tune begins to feel a little dead in comparison to Bryce Speed, which maintains its springiness.

My coach (a Chinese power looper) prefers Bryce Speed.
