the energy force III is pretty good table tennis shoe. it is very expensive though, i got mine a really godo deal for 70$ but they are usually sold for more than one hundred. the shoe is a medium weight medium strucutr and support shoe. In terms of support and padding i would say more than mizuno but less than stiga shoes

mine is blue, but you can also get it in grey and red. they are very nice looking and cool design of the butterfly logo. it is more comfortable than mizuno wave drive, but the grip is no quite as good. it slips a little her and there. i like the padding. it is very good feel on yoru feet.

These are the ultimate table tennis shoes, if you can afford it. Butterfly Energy Force III comes in two different colors, red and white or grey and white, both with the same attractive design. They have awesome grip, yet they are still very supportive. They are not really light weight, but they are definitely not heavy either. The material is kind of stiff, but still pretty flexible. There is very good air ventilation as well. The sole is very comfortable and padded, it utilizes a Asics gel like heel footing. Its a little more structured than, for example, Mizuno shoes. They are well over 100 dollars, so you have to decide whether its worth the money!
