Sriver g2 rubber at first impression i thought it was relatively soft and pretty spinny and tacky rubber. its one of those rubbrs that you feel the ball very well on the brushing of the topsheet. this rubber is good for soem players not good forth others. i say this because it has very good game if you as the player hits a lot of shots with light spin. It just does not feel right when you try to loop with a lot of spin, because its so soft and the ball feels like it just falls of the rubber. It is good for controlling spin, and countersmashing and counterlooping.

I tried this one in the water glue era and all I can say is that without glue it doesn't perform very well. The throw is low, and this can cause some problems when you're looping backspin. It doesn't give much confidence when you're doing that!

Serves are horrible, the topsheet doesn't grip the ball very well. Counterloops and killer loops are not that difficult though.

I would prefer G2FX over this rubber in the water glue era, it performs better without glue en you have more confidence when looping backspin.
