Sriver (Butterfly)

Sriver (Butterfly)

SRIVER is the most successful Butterfly Rubber since its introduction in 1967. More than 20 World and 70 European Champions have won their titles with Sriver. The combination of the hard and spinny rubber on the surface with a medium hard and flexible sponge makes SRIVER the natural choice for all round attacking players. Its consistency proves it is the all time winner.

These are the go-to rubbers of any table tennis player who likes the jap/euro style topsheets. A fairly hard sponge but the dwell time is great on this classic rubber, I had both the L and S versions with the S on my backhand to allow for more spin and control with the L suiting my slightly faster and aggressive forehand. Quite simply the rubbers are amazingly durable, me having had them for years and although I no longer use them they have been through heavy usage and still remain very spinny.

Suitable for any level of play, some of the people who are the best players I know use this rubber as well as some beginners, it offers excellent touch and feel and can allow for a passive style of play, but at the same time it is capable of generating enough spin to end a rally. It isn't the fastest or the most attacking rubber but I often think that there is too much of an obsession on this these days and when I see someone using this rubber to control the pace of the rally before punching a backhand down the line and finishing with a whippy forehand I think that this is the one rubber that seems to have it all.

The butterfly sriver is definitely the right choice for allround/counter-attacking players that are looking for speed and power in their game.It is definitely worth every cent and probably one of butterfl's most successful rubbers and definitely the best butterfly counter-attacking/allround rubbers. It is also definitely one of the top 10 counter-attacking/all round rubbers ever.It is proven successful and has brought just too many stars to the top position

The sriver is a very good and long lasting rubber, when you decide to choose this rubber you can not make any mistake, its alround and when yo usay alround its means that is capable of doing the most important thing with sufficient control.
it is good for blocking, good for hitting and good enough for spinning, every sheet of sriver is good quality, There are faster, spinnier and better control rubbers but sriver wil always be a good choise for anyone

This is Butterflys best known rubber. It is a very balanced rubber. It has very decent spin, throw, speed, sound, control, etc. etc. The rubber is meant to be speed glued, but with the current glue ban, many players also use it still with just some VOC free glue, and it seems to perform much better than other speed gluing rubbers. This is a great rubber for any loop attack player. It produces great speed and spin, without sacrificing control. The best thing is, its only 30$ at its regular price!

Probably the most well-known rubber of the world. It was one of my first rubbers, so I keep good reminds of it. It´s the allround rubber by excellence, but suits also for a controlled offensive style (thicker sponges 2.1 to MAX) and even mixed-(1.9 to 1.3mm).

Another good point is that also works decently without speed glue. It doesn´t stand out in any aspect, but its really well balanced in all senses. It´ pretty durable, and affordable, few rubbers of a proved quality are under the 30$, however I must to recognize that nowadays has been clearly improved by many other rubbers.
