The butterfly tackifire special rubber is kind of a chopping originated rubber that has been engineered to be fit for all round play. It is an okay rubber, though i think it just does not really belong in the tacki series of butterfly. Its speed is a little too great to chop, but not great enough for looping at the same time. The spin is pretty good, but it feel kind of artificial. The control is actually very good for an allround rubber in my opinion, it was pretty good for blocking. But as i am concerned, it just does not fit the needs of an atttacker or a chopper, it is really only good for blcocking.

A failed product of the Tackiness family. It´s 25% more expensive than most of classical regular rubber by BTY and performs 25% worst than most of them. To begin with it´s grippy but non-tacky, and its grippiness will only last a few weeks. On the other hand it´s the heaviest BTY rubber ever tried, and playing with it hard sponge is an issue: no feeling, no control: it will feel dead. It will improve it performance with 2-3 layers of glue, but nothing special. I don´t know how it will work with boostering.

If you are looking for a Chinese Feeling BTY rubber of great quality consider Tenergy, much better in all senses, not this disappointing experiment.
