slow blade but great control. i would rate it at OFF- and thus, would be good for loopers. it is very stable / consistent.
if you don't want surprise errors, here's a good blade for you.

As good as Stigas blades usually are, i am really not a big fan of the Carbo 7.6 WRB. In a quick summary, it has very little power compared to the average amount of control. Its not bad, but its just not very good either. The shots just do not seem to go off the paddle very well. They are very slow and powerless. Its hard to get a feel for the paddle, because it is very soft, but very thick at the same time. Thus, i really do not like this paddle, as it has no good attributes. Priced at 80 dollars, i just do not think its worth buying :(.
