Victory Glue is a VOC compounded glue that is used for sticking your rubber onto your blade for long periods of time. It is for players who glue it on and don't plan to reglue or take it off in the future.

It is really thick, so it is extremely adhesive. The increased effects are not significant, as it is not a speed glue. It lasts for a good time though, so its good if you dont like bothering with gluing!
