I have been playing with the 802-40 tuned up, but with the ban, i have been trying to find a replacement for it. This is TSP's description: "TYRANNO" has built-in power to provide high speed for your offensive shots. "TYRANNO" also produces a very unusal spin of its own.

The 2nd part of the statement is true. This set of short pips is very difficult to play with, it is very unpredictable from the user, so it is even more confusing for someone receiving the shot. But it lacks the "built-in" power that i was looking for. It is marginally faster than 802-40 untuned, but far and away from a tuned up 802-40.

The pips on the rubbers are very small compared to 802-40 and much more packed together, and they are also much softer. So when you execute a block, it's possible that the ball sink in and produce a slight knuckle ball effect.

Overall this is a rubber that is not suitable for beginning pips player, but someone experienced and know how to control this enigma
