This thread is geared towards admin because he had the Michael maze blade but is welcome to other members. So i just want to know what you guys would think of good rubber recommendations with this blade. Let me note that i do not want to reglue.

Sorry I haven't replied sooner, I just got back from a trip.

It all depends on your style - if you're like me (an all-out offensive player) then something like Bryce Speed FX works well on this blade. Otherwise, a good tensor should also combine nicely with the Michael Maze. It's a medium-hard blade, so a softer rubber is more suitable IMO.

Hmm.. I never got used to this blade with tensors, but that's maybe because I used it with very soft tensors like Joola Energy etc. I have found my combo for now, Maze with Tenergy 05! I think it plays best with medium hard rubbers, I loved bryce on it! The only problem is loops close to the table (I'm talking about Maze + Tenergy now) because Tenergy has a really high throw, so it tends to fly out. The same goes for relooping close to the table. Away from the table everything is a breeze
